Advantest R3267 Spectrum Analyzer and Modulation Analyzer.

High signal purity (-145 dBc/Hz @ 5MHz offset 2GHz) high dynamic range and low noise floor (-154dBm/Hz @ 2GHz) are some of the outstanding specification on this analyzer series meeting the high demands for current and future telecommunication systems (2nd and 3rd generation).

Equipped with a wide range of resolution filters (1Hz to 10MHz) and a fast time domain sweep with sweeptimes between 1µs and 1000s. Equipped with a 3.5" floppy disc drive (MS-DOS) as standard and 6.5" TFT color liquid crystal display with a refresh rate of 20traces/s. GPIB and RS232 interfaces parallel ports and a VGA output are implemented as well. Several automized pushbutton measurements are available:

The concept of the analyzer series is modular. The basic spectrum analyzer can be extended with a variety of options for digital communication standards. Modification in standards can be followed easily by upgrading the firmware of the instrument via floppy disc. .
